| dc.description | The fundamental pillar of any company is its administrative management, since its basic function is to give the company stability and smooth operation by applying the objectives imposed on it, on its employees and customers, in order to provide a quality and efficient service. At the national level, there is a great demand for the purchase and sale of pharmaceutical products, whether they are personal or essential, but for there to be good sales in the market, it is necessary that the MEDI FARM pharmacy staff be trained and Motivated to provide better service. So also sing with a good hand administrative regime to be able to carry out everything in a satisfactory way towards the company as well as consumers. That is why the objective of this research is to generate adequate and effective administrative management in order to improve areas in which the pharmacy presents fallacies and thus be able to extinguish them in a definitive and satisfactory way in the MEDI FARM pharmacy. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El pilar fundamental de cualquier empresa es su gestión administrativa, ya que su función básica es dar a la empresa estabilidad y un buen funcionamiento aplicando los objetivos impuestos en ella, en sus empleados y clientes, para así poder brindar un servicio de calidad y eficiente. A nivel nacional existe una gran demanda en la compra y venta de productos de origen farmacéuticos, ya sean estos personales o de primera necesidad, pero para que existan buenas ventas en el mercado, es necesario que el personal de la farmacia MEDI FARM sea capacitado y motivado para brindar un mejor servicio. Así también cantar con un régimen administrativo de buena mano para poder llevar todo acabo de una forma satisfactoria hacia la empresa como a los consumidores. Es por ello que el objetivo de la presente investigación es generar una gestión administrativa adecuada y eficaz con el fin de mejorar ámbitos los cuales la farmacia presenta falacias y así poder extinguirlas de una manera definitiva y satisfactoria en la farmacia MEDI FARM. | es_ES |
