Among the drivers, also due to the lack of personnel within the administrative area of the company, this causes little planning for all the processes that the company carries out in the work area, causing discomfort among its workers. In a referential way, the application of a survey was carried out in which various factors are identified, such as, for example, it is determined that vehicle maintenance costs are expenses that cannot be avoided because it is one of the requirements to obtain the operating permit. that it is mandatory to carry out controls on vehicles and therefore these expenses are not made every day, but twice a year and it is not considered a detrimental expense for the company to be able to say that it is losing profits by carrying out this type of maintenance on their vehicles. | dc.description.abstract | La presente realización del estudio de caso cabe manifestar que es de vital importancia ya que se podrá identificar la importancia de la gestión administrativa de la compañía de transporte CHILINCARGASA S.A del recinto Mata de Cacao que tiene como objetivo general Analizar como intervienen los procesos administrativos dentro de la compañía de transporte chilincargasa S.A. Puesto que en la problemática realizada La falta de planificación en la compañía Chilincargasa S.A ha traído como consecuencia, el desorden de las salidas de los vehículos en los horarios establecidos, ya que al momento de los recorridos suelen adelantarse en los turnos y esto ocasiona el enojo entre los choferes, También por la falta de personal dentro del área administrativa de la empresa esto causa que haya poca planificación para todos los procesos que lleva la compañía en el área de trabajo ocasionando malestar entre sus trabajadores. De manera referencial se realizó la aplicación de una encuesta en la que se identifica en diversos factores como por ejemplo se determina que los costos de mantenimiento vehicular son gastos que no se pueden evitar porque es uno de los requisitos para poder obtener el permiso de funcionamiento lo que es de manera obligatoria realizar los controles a los vehículos y por lo que estos gastos no se los realizan todos los días, sino dos veces al año y no se considera un gasto perjudicial para la compañía para poder decir que está perdiendo ganancias al realizar este tipo de mantenimiento en sus vehículos. Por ende, realizar una plena administración en la empresa es de vital importancia para la compañía. | es_ES |
