| dc.description | Given the disadvantage of the economic growth of the Ferricentro of the canton Baba, it is considered that this is caused by poor administrative management and inadequate participation in the work area by each of the collaborators within the organization, and also by the lack of control by the owner of the same. Considering these points as situations for which there are dissatisfied consumers due to the lack of attention in the company towards them. In order to evaluate the degree of efficiency and effectiveness in the use of the functions of business management within the organization we rely on the techniques and administrative processes that allow us to achieve a pre-established objective, giving a better order on it. Within this case study, we delved into the subject of administrative management, since the objective is to visualize the factors that threaten the hardware store, thus trying to collect as much information as possible to detect each of the errors that lead to a great risk to the liquidity of the company and thus to consider the importance of business management strategies. We can emphasize that the administration allows the correct development of any activity through its processes: planning, organizing, directing and organizing. It is to affirm that the investigation of each one of the topics of this work is supported with investigations of professionals in the field of business management, administration, scientific articles, magazines and books. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Ante la desventaja del crecimiento económico del Ferricentro del cantón Baba, se considera que esta es ocasionada por la mala gestión administrativa e inadecuada participación en el área de trabajo por cada uno de los colaboradores dentro de la organización, y también por la falta de control por parte del dueño de la misma. Considerando estos puntos como situaciones para que existan consumidores descontentos por la falta de atención en la empresa asía ellos. Para poder evaluar el grado de eficiencia y eficacia en la utilización de las funciones de la gestión empresarial dentro de la organización nos basamos en las técnicas y procesos administrativos que nos permitan alcanzar un objetivo preestablecido, dando un mejor ordenamiento sobre la misma. Dentro de este estudio de caso se profundizó en el tema de la gestión administrativa, puesto que el objetivo es de lograr visualizar los factores que amenazan a la ferretería, pretendiendo de esta manera lograr recolectar la mayor cantidad de información para detectar cada uno de los errores que conllevan a un gran riesgo la liquidez de la empresa y así de esta manera se considere en mucho la importancia de las estrategias administrativas empresariales. Podemos resaltar que la administración permite el correcto desarrollo de cualquier actividad a través de sus procesos: planificar, organizar, dirigir y organizar. Es de afirmar que la investigación de cada uno de los temas de este trabajo está sustentado con investigaciones de profesionales en el campo de la gestión empresarial, la administración, artículos científicos, revistas y libros. | es_ES |
