| dc.description | The main purpose of this case study entitled Administrative Management of Cyber Audionet in the parish of San Juan, Puebloviejo canton, is to present an analysis and through this to show how is the administrative management within the cyber Audionet, so that it allows to know what scenario is going through the business, to know the shortcomings that is presenting, and other situations that encompass it. At the same time, for the development of the case study, the descriptive method was used in order to achieve techniques and instruments such as interviews, surveys and observation; in order to demonstrate the various shortcomings that are found in the organization. The results obtained through the development of the case study and the use of different information gathering tools allowed to conclude the work satisfactorily, since the objectives have been met and it was possible to know in detail what was happening within Audionet cyber, revealing problems both administrative, internal, labor and accounting that were happening and affecting the business. Likewise, for the managers it was achieved that they have more knowledge about the administrative management of their business and other situations that developed in it. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El propósito principal del presente caso de estudio titulado Gestión Administrativa del Cyber Audionet de la parroquia San Juan, cantón Puebloviejo, es presentar un análisis y por medio de esta evidenciar como es la gestión administrativa dentro del cyber Audionet, a manera que se permita conocer por qué escenario está atravesando el negocio, conocer las falencias que está presentando, y demás situaciones que engloban al mismo. Al mismo tiempo para el desarrollo del caso de estudio se utilizó el método descriptivo en consecución a técnicas e instrumentos tales como entrevistas, encuestas y observación; para así poder evidenciar las diversas falencias que se encuentran el la organización. Los resultados obtenidos a través del desarrollo del caso de estudio y la utilización de diferentes herramientas de recolección de información permitieron concluir de manera satisfactoria el trabajo, puesto que se ha cumplido con los objetivos planteados y se logró conocer de manera minuciosa lo que sucedía dentro del cyber Audionet, dejando al descubierto problemas tanto de manera administrativa, interna, laboral y contable que sucedían y afectan al negocio. Así mismo para los directivos se logró que ellos tengan más conocimientos acerca de la gestión administrativa de su negocio y demás situaciones que en él se desarrollaban. | es_ES |
