| dc.description | The subject is about the Administrative management in the Cyber Evans in the Alfredo Baquerizo Moreno canton, the same one that is developed with the purpose of analyzing the administrative management that is exercised in the activities of the Cyber Evans, for the development of the investigation the descriptive method that has as its function an approach related to the enhancement of research problems. This methodology is composed of qualitative and quantitative variables that group collections of information, using questionnaires from Surveys carried out on clients and Interviews with the owner and employee of the premises. It was found that there are factors with negative impacts on administrative management, not having an organizational structure, not having objectives to be carried out, directly affecting the administrative method developed. It is recommended to carry out a short-term analysis in the application of administrative processes, since in this way the changes can be measured, in order to determine if the expected results were obtained, all this will lead to improving the administration within the premises. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El tema se trata de la gestión Administrativa en el Cyber Evans en el cantón Alfredo Baquerizo moreno el mismo que se desarrolla con la finalidad de analizar la gestión administrativa que es ejercida en las actividades del Cyber Evans, para el desarrollo de la investigación se usó el método descriptivo que posee como función un enfoque relacionado al realce de los problemas de investigación, Dicha metodología se encuentra compuesta por variables cualitativas y cuantitativas que agrupan colecciones de información, usando cuestionarios de Encuestas realizadas a los clientes y Entrevista al dueño y empleado del local. Se pudo constatar que hay factores con impactos negativos en la gestión administrativa, el no contar con una estructura organizacional, no tener objetivos a realizar afectando directamente en el método administrativo desarrollado. Se recomienda realizar un análisis a corto plazo en la aplicación de procesos administrativos, ya que de esta manera se podrán medir los cambios, para así determinar, si se obtuvieron los resultados esperados, todo esto llevara a mejorar la administración dentro del local. | es_ES |
