dc.description.abstractEl presente escrito está ambientado en el área de talento humano de la ferretería “La Roca”, organización que se dedica a la compra y posterior venta de diferentes artículos del sector automotriz, también insumos eléctricos y agrícolas, así como una amplia gama de bombas de agua y tubos para instalaciones de riego para cultivo. Dentro de esta compañía se detectó una serie de irregularidades enlazadas a la forma de tratar a sus colaboradores que tenía la jefa departamental. En lo largo del estudio de caso se indago y detecto sobre cuales eran este tipo de problemáticas presentadas y se detalló las más importantes, consecuentemente se creó las consecuencias de dichos problemas detectados. El objetivo principal de esta redacción es examinar por medio de la aplicación de cuestionarios y observación las consecuencias de una ineficiente gestión administrativa y que efectos trae para el desempeño empresarial. Para alcanzar dichos objetivos se valió de la técnica de recolección de datos conocida como encuesta, la cual está formada por sus instrumentos como lo son una serie de preguntas de respuesta múltiple, la misma que fue base para llegar al descubrimiento de los efectos que traía el actuar de la jefa sobre los empleados y sobre el rendimiento del departamento. También sirvió para detallar los posteriores conclusiones y recomendaciones.es_ES
