| dc.description | Inventory management is a fundamental part of any company, it is what allows it to function properly, because talking about inventory is not only knowing if a company is liquid or not according to the audit carried out at the end of the year. ; It is not only knowing how much income in profits and how much was invested in each of the products, this goes further because it refers to and is also part of the administrative processes that are carried out in a commercial place, since knowing how to plan, direct, control and execute, has its cause and effect that directly reflects the company. Within an inventory there are several types of management that can be applied, this goes hand in hand with the supply and all the processes that they entail, since the quality of the final product that is offered to the consumer depends on this, together with the indicators of management that it is of the utmost importance to apply them so that there is no chaos or storage disorder. Provisioning is part of the commercial premises as well as of the suppliers, because it is useful to know when to order and how much to order according to the size available in stock, avoiding excess and shortage of stock so that the establishment does not have losses. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La gestión de inventarios es parte fundamental de toda empresa, es la que permite desarrollar un buen funcionamiento del mismo, debido a que hablar de inventario no es solo conocer si una empresa es líquida o no según la auditoría que se le realice al final de año; no solo es conocer cuánto ingreso en ganancias y cuanto se invirtió en cada uno de los productos, esto va mas allá debido a que hace referencia y es parte también de los procesos administrativos que se lleva en un lugar comercial, puesto que saber planificar, direccionar, controlar y ejecutar, tiene su causa y efecto que refleja directamente a la empresa. Dentro de un inventario existen varios tipos de gestión que se pueden aplicar, esto va de la mano con el abastecimiento y todo los procesos que conllevan, ya que de esto depende la calidad del producto final que se le ofrece al consumidor junto con los indicadores de gestión que son de suma importancia aplicarlos para que no exista un caos o desorden de almacenaje. El aprovisionamiento es parte del local comercial como de los proveedores, debido a que es útil conocer en qué momento pedir y cuanto pedir según el tamaño disponible en stock, evitando el exceso y escases de existencias para que el establecimiento no tenga pérdidas. | es_ES |
