| dc.description | Currently, many companies are implementing new technologies in their businesses with the purpose or objective of automating the processes and activities carried out on a day-to-day basis in the company. The "Foma Electromagnetic Camera" office located in the city of Guayaquil, does not have an information system that allows it to optimize and streamline common tasks which are currently performed manually, and this causes patient care to be delayed. The objective of this case study is to analyze the feasibility of developing an ERP system that administers and manages the processes carried out in the office, that is, a study will be carried out to determine the situation of the office to carry carried out the implementation of an ERP system that streamlines the tasks that are currently done manually. When carrying out the feasibility analysis of this case study, it was concluded that the implementation of this is viable since the office does have the necessary resources that the investment of this project demands. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad, muchas empresas están implementando en sus negocios nuevas tecnologías con la finalidad u objetivo de automatizar los procesos y actividades realizadas en el día a día en la empresa. El consultorio “Cámara Electromagnética Foma” ubicado en la ciudad de Guayaquil, no cuenta con un sistema de información que le permita optimizar y agilizar las tareas comunes las cuales actualmente son realizadas manualmente, y esto causa que se retrase la atención a los pacientes. El presente estudio de caso tiene como objetivo analizar la viabilidad que hay para el desarrollo de un sistema ERP que administre y gestione los procesos realizados en el consultorio, es decir que se llevara a cabo un estudio para determinar en qué situación está el consultorio para llevar a cabo la implementación de un sistema ERP que agilice las tareas que actualmente se hacen de forma manual. Al realizar el análisis de factibilidad del presente caso de estudio se concluyó que la implementación de este es viable ya que el consultorio si cuenta con los recursos necesarios que demanda la inversión de este proyecto. | es_ES |
