| dc.description | The present case of study called Inventory Inventory Analysis in the System of Industrial Store Company (Aunt) SA, for the branch 133 Babahoyo, aims to analyze the impact that causes not having a good system management Inventory control that uses said company, whose name is "Aunt Internal". By not having a system to control the merchandise under the appropriate conditions, it has influenced the productivity of this company because in many cases the system collapses at the time of having many people in connectivity when making the general inventory this generates loss Time for the premises by the realization of the reconcination the next day because it is not reached to count all the items in a single day, the branch passes with its closed doors and this causes loss of money in the company. For this reason, to achieve this objective, theoretical bases were used based on the problems presented in this case study. The inconveniences that exist in the business were analyzed, the same ones that are detailed in the development of work. The applied methodology was through the use of a method which is the inductive and the types of research were, qualitative and quantitative, the techniques that were applied are an interview and survey, each consist of five questions, was obtained as a result that there is a Inadequate Management of the Inventory Control System of Stores Aunta SA | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio denominado análisis de incidencias en el control del inventario en el sistema de la empresa de Tiendas Industriales (Tía) S.A, para la sucursal 133 Babahoyo, tiene como objetivo analizar el impacto que causa el no tener un buen manejo del sistema de control de inventarios que utiliza dicha empresa, cuyo nombre es “Tía Interno”. Al no tener un sistema para controlar la mercadería en las condiciones adecuadas ha influido en la productividad de esta empresa debido a que en muchos casos el sistema se colapsa al momento de tener muchas personas en conectividad a la hora de realizar el inventario general esto genera pérdida de tiempo para el local por la realización del reconteo al día siguiente debido a que no se alcanza a contar todos los artículos en un solo día, la sucursal pasa con sus puertas cerradas y esto ocasiona perdida de dinero en la empresa. Por tal razón para lograr dicho objetivo se hizo uso de bases teóricas en base a las problemáticas presentadas en este caso de estudio. Se analizó los inconvenientes que existen en el negocio, los mismos que se detallan en el desarrollo del trabajo. La metodología aplicada fue mediante el uso de un método el cual es el inductivo y los tipos de investigación fueron, cualitativa y cuantitativa, las técnicas que se aplicaron son entrevista y encuesta, cada una consto de cinco preguntas, se obtuvo como resultado que existe un inadecuado manejo del sistema de control de inventario de almacenes Tía S.A. | es_ES |
