| dc.description | The present clinical case deals with a 54-year-old male patient with a pathological history of a father and mother who died of gastric cancer and a pathological history of acute gastritis, he reports that 8 months ago he presented abdominal pain accompanied by nausea, vomiting, feeling of fullness, heartburn, dyspepsia in outpatient medical care they prescribe omeprazole plus paracetamol, but he reports that the discomfort continues. An anamnesis is made to which he refers that he only eats 3 meals a day and that he only eats them when he is at home, he also drinks alcoholic beverages on weekends and that his occupation is a driver, which limits him from eating on time. Doctors order imaging tests: digestive endoscopy, biopsy and chest tomography plus complementary biochemical tests: red blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit and albumin. A nutritional plan is proposed according to his pathology in order to improve his nutritional status | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso clínico trata de un paciente de sexo masculino de 54 años de edad con antecedentes patológicos de padre y madre fallecidos por cáncer gástrico y antecedentes patológicos de gastritis aguda, refiere que hace 8 meses presento dolor abdominal acompañado de náuseas, vómitos, sensación de llenura, acidez estomacal y dispepsia; en la atención médica ambulatoria recetan omeprazol más paracetamol, pero refiere que las molestias continúan. Se le realiza anamnesis a la que refiere que solo ingiere 3 comidas al día y que solo las realiza cuando está en casa, además ingiere bebidas alcohólicas fines de semana y que su ocupación es chofer lo cual lo limita comer a tiempo. Los médicos ordenan exámenes de imágenes: endoscopia digestiva, biopsia y tomografía de tórax más exámenes bioquímicos complementarios: glóbulos rojos, hemoglobina, hematocrito y albumina. Se plantea plan nutricional acorde a su patología con el fin de mejorar su estado nutricional. | es_ES |
