| dc.description | The project is aimed at making improvements through an analysis of an inventory control system for the HOMERITO microenterprise. Based on technological knowledge, an information system is analyzed, which is in the implementation stage in a process of tests and corrections, implemented as an administrative support support that allows carrying out inventory control with the aim of offering speed. and security in inventory management. . To obtain theoretical bases on the best way to implement them in this company, a bibliographic review is made on topics that have to do with this research, such as management and inventory systems, stock, ABC system, etc. With the theoretical bases, the implementation of the system in the HOMERITO company, and the training of the personnel, better competences can be achieved in the matter to allow the evident advance in its inventory management. Currently working manually, it is necessary to change to other environments that allow automating the tasks of the microenterprise. To reach the analysis of this research, the qualitative research methodology was improved. Among the results that the analysis yields, it is to obtain consultations and reports required by the users, a follow-up and control of the merchandise that enters and leaves the microenterprise. Some data was obtained through consultations in other investigations, texts and experts in the specialized area, all this has the purpose of obtaining an analysis for the future execution of an inventory control model design which is formed by the following items: Diagnosis of needs and obtaining inventories, inventory control, cost determination, inventory reports. Finally, a series of conclusions and recommendations are presented where the need for the HOMERITO micro-enterprise is highlighted and in this way it strengthens the control over its inventories, as well as the importance of the investigation insofar as the model can be adapted and implemented in other investigations. or companies of the same nature. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto está dirigido a realizar mejoras mediante un análisis de un sistema de control de inventario para la microempresa HOMERITO. Basado en conocimientos tecnológicos se analiza un sistema de información, implantado como un soporte de apoyo administrativo que permita llevar el control de inventarios con el objetivo de ofrecer rapidez y seguridad en el manejo del inventario. Para obtener bases teóricas sobre la mejor forma para alcanzar implantar los mismos en esta empresa se hace una revisión bibliográfica en temas que tenga que ver con la presente investigación como la gestión y sistemas de inventarios, stock, sistema ABC, etc. Con las bases teóricas, La implementación del sistema en la empresa HOMERITO, y la capacitación del personal se puede lograr mejores competencias en la materia para permitir el avance evidente en su gestión de inventarios. En la actualidad se trabaja de forma manual, es necesario cambiar a otros entornos que permitan automatizar las tareas propias de la microempresa. Para llegar al análisis de la presente investigación se utilizó la metodología de investigación cualitativa. Dentro de los resultados que arroje el análisis, es obtener consultas e informes requeridos por los usuarios, un seguimiento y control de la mercadería que entran y salen de la microempresa. Se obtuvieron algunos datos por medio de consultas en otras investigaciones, textos y expertos en el área especializada, todo esto tiene como fin a un análisis obteniendo para la ejecución a futuro de un diseño de modelo de control de inventarios el cual se encuentra formado por los siguientes elementos: Diagnóstico de necesidades y obtención de inventarios, control de inventarios, determinación de costos, informes de inventarios. Finalmente se presenta una serie de conclusiones, donde se destaca la necesidad de la micro empresa HOMERITO y de este modo fortalezca el control sobre sus inventarios, así como la importancia de la investigación en cuanto que el modelo puede ser adaptado e implementado en otras investigaciones o empresas de la misma naturaleza. | es_ES |
