| dc.description | The recent case study project contains a plan for the maintenance of the Software based on remote access implemented in the Emigdio Esparza Moreno educational unit where for several years the machines of the establishments have already been totally abandoned due to the pandemic in In 2019, these computers are presumed to be used in this new school year 2022, which will have modern applications by technology that has advanced by leaps and bounds even more in this period of pandemic where it has been used in most of the jobs and even at home all kinds of technological tools. In the first part, it describes the problem about computers, which were on hiatus for several years, it is intended to revive the equipment through technology and the operators are trained people with the necessary knowledge to use this tool and work long distance. So as not to have direct contact with these people who are outside the curriculum required by the educational unit. The Emigdio Esparza Moreno Educational Unit not only requires this technological tool for the implementation of maintenance on the computers, but also so that teachers can control their students at the time they teach their class, this tool has multiple advantages which the educational unit intends to make the most of them. | dc.description.abstract | El reciente proyecto de estudio de caso contiene un plan para los mantenimientos del Software basado en accesos remotos implementados en la Unidad Educativa Emigdio Esparza Moreno donde por varios años ya se han tenido las máquinas de los establecimientos en un total abandonó por causa de la pandemia, estos computadores se presume dar uso en este nuevo año lectivo 2022 el cual contara con aplicaciones modernas por parte de la tecnología que ha avanzado a pasos agigantados aún más en este periodo de pandemia donde se ha utilizado en la mayoría de los trabajos e incluso en el hogar toda clase de herramientas tecnológicas. En primera parte se describe la problemática acerca de los computadores qué estuvieron en una pausa por varios años, se pretende revivir los equipos a través de la tecnología y los operadores son personas capacitadas y con los conocimientos necesarios para usar esta herramienta y trabajar a larga distancia para no tener un contacto directo con estas personas que están fuera del pensum requerido por la Unidad Educativa. La Unidad Educativa Emigdio Esparza Moreno no solo requiere de esta herramienta tecnológica como es Anydesk para la implementación de los mantenimientos en las computadoras sino para que los docentes también puedan controlar a sus estudiantes en el momento de que ellos imparten su cátedra esta herramienta tiene múltiples ventajas las cuales la Unidad Educativa pretende aprovecharlas al máximo. | es_ES |
