dc.descriptionMultiparity is considered one of the most important risk factors with regard to maternal-fetal-neonatal health, it is associated with perinatal entities of high severity and of greater weight in terms of Public Health, such as maternal death, feto-neonatal morbidity, severe maternal morbidity and other types of complications. The present clinical case deals with a 20-year-old patient, thirty-pregnant with no pathological history, who attends an emergency referred from Ricaurte in an ambulance, ECU 911, presenting pain in the hypogastrium radiating to the lumbosacral region of moderate intensity with 12 hours +/-, conscious and oriented in time and space, afebrile and Glasgow 15/15. Faced with this situation, it is necessary to provide the pertinent care to avoid risks that lead to unfavorable results, taking into account the guidelines of the Clinical Practice Guide for Pregnant Women, in such a way that the patient in this case receives quality care.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa multiparidad es considerada como uno de los factores de riesgos más importante en lo que respecta a la salud materno-feto-neonatal, se asocia a entidades perinatales de alta gravedad y de mayor peso en lo que abarca la Salud Publica tales como muerte materna, morbimorbilidad feto-neonatal, morbilidad materna severa y otros tipos de complicaciones. El presente caso clínico trata de una paciente de 20 años de edad, trigesta sin antecedentes patológicos, acude a emergencia referida desde Ricaurte en ambulancia, ECU 911, presentando dolor en el hipogastrio irradia a región lumbosacra de moderada intensidad con 12 horas +/-, consciente y orientada en tiempo y espacio, afebril y Glasgow 15/15. Frente a esta situación se es necesario brindar la atención pertinente para evitar riesgos que conduzcan a resultados desfavorables, tomando en cuenta los lineamientos de la Guía de Práctica Clínica para Gestantes, de tal manera que la paciente en este caso reciba una asistencia de calidad.es_ES
