| dc.description | Oligohydramnios is an obstetric complication that is associated with an increased risk of morbidity and mortality of the newborn, and the most frequent adverse results that have evidence that have been reported for its investigation, resulting in a decrease in the Apgar score, neonates with intrauterine meconium, abnormal heart rate value, sepsis in the newborn or admission to perinatal intensive care. The exact cause of severe oligohydramnios is unknown, but its etiology during pregnancy is believed to be linked to fetal and maternal development, placental growth status, and some idiopathic drug-induced cause. The development of the clinical case is based on a patient of 21 weeks of gestation who had severe oligohydramnios as a complication, which in turn led to the termination of pregnancy by abortion. Through this research I want to encourage the importance of performing prenatal check-ups early and month by month in order to identify the risk factors that can endanger pregnancy and provide adequate obstetric behavior. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El oligohidramnios es una complicación obstétrica que se asocia con un aumento de peligro de morbilidad y mortalidad del recién nacido, y los resultados adversos más frecuentes que se tienen evidencia que han sido reportados para su investigación dando como resultado la disminución de la puntuación del Apgar, neonatos con meconio intraútero, valor anormal de la frecuencia cardiaca, sepsis en el recién nacido o internación de ellos a cuidados intensivos perinatales. Se desconoce la causa exacta por la que se produce el oligohidramnios severo, pero se cree que su etiología durante el embarazo está ligada al desarrollo fetal y materno, estado de crecimiento placentario y alguna causa idiopática provocada por un fármaco. El desarrollo del caso clínico está basado en una paciente de 21 semanas de gestación que tuvo como complicación oligohidramnios severo el que a su vez conllevo a la terminación de la gestación por aborto. Por medio de esta investigación quiero incentivar la importancia de realizarse los controles prenatales de manera precoz y mes a mes con la finalidad de identificar los factores de riesgo que pueden poner en peligro la gestación y brindar una conducta obstétrica adecuada. | es_ES |
