dc.descriptionThe present case study was applied to the Asoproagrizón company whose objective is to explain the management of costs and expenses in the cocoa export processes. It is linked to the Financial, Tax and Social Commitment Management research subline. The methodology that was implemented was through the analytical and descriptive method, which helped to obtain detailed information on the current situation of the company, facilitating the achievement of the objectives, on the other hand, qualitative and quantitative information was obtained regarding the management of the activities of the company, the technique that was applied to carry out the investigation was the interview with the business administrator and the interview guide was transmitted as an instrument. The problematic situation of the case study was based on the risk presented by the cost of the investment of the cocoa exporting company, caused by the increase or decrease in the price, that when it tends to fall, the company has difficulties to cover its costs. and expenses during the export process, for which it was analyzed how correct management helps the different activities from the purchase of the product to its commercialization to international markets, taking advantage of the planning, organization, control and distribution of costs and expenses for perform this export.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso fue aplicado a la empresa Asoproagrizón cuyo objetivo es el de explicar la gestión de los costos y gastos en los procesos de exportación de cacao. Se encuentra vinculado a la sublínea de investigación Gestión Financiera, Tributaria y Compromiso Social. La metodología que se implementó fue a través del método analítico y descriptivo, que ayudó a obtener información detallada de la situación actual de la empresa, facilitando el logro de los objetivos, por otro lado, se obtuvo información cualitativa y cuantitativa respecto al manejo de las actividades de la empresa, la técnica que se aplicó para realizar la investigación fue la entrevista al administrador del negocio y se utilizó como instrumento la guía de entrevista. La situación problemática del estudio de caso se basó en el riesgo que presenta el costo de la inversión de la empresa exportadora de cacao, ocasionado por la subida o disminución del precio, que cuando éste tiende a bajar, la empresa tiene dificultades para cubrir sus costos y gastos durante el proceso de exportación, por lo que se analizó, como una correcta gestión ayuda a las diferentes actividades desde la compra del producto hasta la comercialización del mismo a los mercados internacionales aprovechando la planificación organización control y distribución de los costos y gastos para realizar dicha exportación.es_ES
