| dc.description | In the present case study, an analysis of the budget granted by the regional coordination area 8 of the Ministry of Sport of Ecuador to the Cantonal Sports League of Puebloviejo (LCDP) in the period 2020-2021, in order to evaluate how the allocation of economic resources was managed, after the cut of the budget by the Ecuadorian government, due to the economic crisis caused by the covid-19. To evaluate the LCDP's administration of the budget, the use of the deductive methodology was necessary, through the review of reports, element that allowed to evaluate the budgetary indicators and have a clear view of the current situation of the institution with regard to the administration of the economic resources allocated by the state. | dc.description.abstract | En el presente caso de estudio se examinó el presupuesto otorgado por la coordinación regional zona 8 de la Secretaría del Deporte del Ecuador a la Liga Cantonal Deportiva de Puebloviejo (LCDP) en el periodo 2020-2021, con la finalidad de evaluar como la asignación de recursos económicos fue administrada, luego del recorte del presupuesto por parte del gobierno ecuatoriano, a causa de la crisis económica ocasionada por el covid-19. Para evaluar la administración del presupuesto por parte de la LCDP, fue necesario la utilización de la metodología deductiva, por medio de la revisión de informes, elemento que permitió evaluar los indicadores presupuestarios y tener una visión clara de la situación actual de la institución en lo que respecta a la administración de los recursos económicos asignados por el estado. La finalidad de este estudio es emitir un informe que especifique los problemas en el desarrollo de la gestión de los recursos y sugerir alternativas de solución, para que en un futuro la institución deportiva no tenga problemas con los organismos de regulación y control; y de esta manera aportar con los objetivos institucionales y a la administración en la toma decisiones. | es_ES |
