| dc.description | The lack of an analysis referencing one of the most important aspects of any company, as is the item of income, is a point of view to keep in mind, studying its evolution sets a clear precedent as it determines the situations to be taken into account in decision-making, since the implementation of unsuccessful resolutions affects not only the income of a company, but can also compromise its operations and even put the institution at risk of bankruptcy. This case study is developed in the limited liability company "Center Drive" Babahoyo branch, this is an institution dedicated to the teaching, training and driving of vehicular driving. The financial management is carried out through the analysis of the financial statements of the company and the application of various financial ratios, established based on the requirements of the needs of the company, the methodology applied is given through the deductive method, using tools such as observation and interview to obtain information from first source to analyze the financial information without any inconvenience, this in order to establish appropriate conclusions after the course of financial management mentioned. The purpose of this research work is to provide a perspective on how important it is to take into consideration the different evolutions and the causes of these changes in the income items, as well as to study and analyze them in detail. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La falta de un análisis referenciando uno de los aspectos más importantes de toda empresa, como lo es el rubro de los ingresos, es un punto de vista a tener presente, estudiando su evolución se establece un claro precedente pues determina las situaciones a tomar en cuenta en la toma de decisiones, dado que la implementación de resoluciones no acertadas afecta no solo a los Ingresos de una empresa, sino que también puede comprometer su operatividad e incluso poner en riesgo a la institución de caer en bancarrota. El presente Estudio de caso se desarrolla en la compañía de responsabilidad limitada “Center Drive” sucursal Babahoyo, esta es una institución dedicada a la enseñanza, capacitación y conducción de manejo vehicular. Se efectúa la gestión de carácter financiera mediante el análisis de los Estados financieros de la empresa y la aplicación de diversos ratios financieros, establecidos en base a los requerimientos de las necesidades de la empresa, la metodología aplicada se da a través del método deductivo, empleando herramientas tales como la observación y la entrevista para obtener información de primera fuente que permita analizar la información financiera sin ningún tipo de inconveniente, esto con el fin de establecer las conclusiones adecuadas luego del curso de la gestión financiera mencionada. Con la realización de este trabajo investigativo se intenta brindar una perspectiva sobre qué tan importante es tener en consideración las distintas evoluciones y las causas de estos cambios en los rubros de ingresos, así también como estudiarlos y analizarlos a detalle. | es_ES |
