dc.descriptionMiliary Tuberculosis is the most feared form of Tuberculosis that spreads throughout the bloodstream, as it progresses it affects multiple organs until causing the death of the person, through our nursing care we provide emotional support to the patient and family to cope how hard and irreversible the treatment and the consequences are. The present clinical case is about a 31-year-old female patient who was admitted to the emergency area of the Hospital Sagrado Corazón de Jesús de Quevedo, due to presenting a clinical picture of more or less 3 weeks of evolution characterized by odynophagia, fever, vomiting and chills for several days before admission, respiratory distress, dry cough, and hyporexia, during his assessment and diagnosis the presence of Miliary Tuberculosis with a history of positive HIV was determined. The nursing care process is considered a systematic, scientific, logical, rational and organized method that allows us to provide efficient and individualized humanistic care in order to achieve results and improve the quality of life of our patients. Through this process of Nursing Care (PAE) the patient with Miliary Tuberculosis is assessed and a critical analysis is reached through the cephalo-caudal assessment and the use of Marjory Gordon's functional patterns that are very useful to reach to our nursing diagnosis and carry out the different nursing interventions according to the needs of the patient.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa Tuberculosis Miliar es la forma más temida de la Tuberculosis que se disemina por todo el torrente sanguíneo, a medida que avanza afecta a múltiples órganos hasta provocar el fallecimiento de la persona, mediante nuestro cuidado enfermero brindamos un apoyo emocional al paciente y familiares para sobrellevar lo duro e irreversible del tratamiento y de las consecuencias. El presente caso clínico se trata de una paciente de sexo femenino de 31 años de edad que ingresa al área de emergencia del Hospital Sagrado Corazón de Jesús de Quevedo, por presentar un cuadro clínico de más o menos 3 semanas de evolución caracterizada por odinofagia, alzas térmicas, vómitos y escalofríos durante varios días antes de su ingreso, dificultad respiratoria, tos seca, e hiporexia, durante su valoración y diagnostico se determinó la presencia de Tuberculosis Miliar con antecedentes de VIH positivo. El proceso de atención de enfermería es considerado un método sistemático, científico, lógico, racional y organizado que permite brindar cuidados humanistas eficientes e individualizados con el fin de lograr resultados y mejorar la calidad de vida de nuestros pacientes. Mediante este proceso de Atención de Enfermería (PAE) se valora a la paciente con Tuberculosis Miliar y se llega a un análisis crítico a través de la valoración céfalo-caudal y la utilización de los patrones funcionales de Marjory Gordon que son de gran utilidad para llegar a nuestro diagnóstico enfermero y realizar las distintas intervenciones de enfermería de acuerdo a las necesidades de la paciente.es_ES
