dc.description | The present clinical case Hyaline Membrane disease was presented at the Martin Icaza General Hospital, the same one that describes a male neonate, according to the assessment of the Capurro test of 31 weeks of gestation, product of twin pregnancy obtained by eutocic birth being this twin two with maternal history of out-of-hospital delivery of twin one. Hyaline Membrane disease is a more frequent respiratory pathology in newborns in their first hours of life which must be treated immediately by analyzing the clinical data of the neonate, laboratory examinations and its definitive diagnosis. n the results of Laboratory observes the following results: Red blood cells: 5.2, leukocytes: 9.76, hematocrits: 54.2, platelets: 287, hemoglobin: 19.0, neutrophils: 49.5, lymphocytes: 35.1, monocytes: 9.6, eusinophils: 2.4, basophils: 1.7, blood group: Rh O positive, pcr: negative. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente caso clínico enfermedad de Membrana Hialina se presentó en el Hospital General Martin Icaza el mismo que describe a un neonato sexo masculino, según la valoración del test de Capurro de 31 semanas de gestación, producto de embarazo gemelar obtenido por parto eutócico siendo este el gemelar dos con antecedente materno de parto extrahospitalario del gemelar uno. La enfermedad de Membrana Hialina es una patología respiratoria más frecuente en los recién nacidos en sus primeras horas de vida la cual debe ser tratada inmediatamente analizando los datos clínicos del neonato, exámenes de laboratorios y su diagnóstico definitivo. En los resultados de Laboratorio de Observa los siguientes resultados: Hematíes: 5.2, leucocitos:9.76, hematocritos: 54.2, plaquetas: 287, hemoglobina: 19.0, neutrófilos: 49.5, linfocitos: 35.1, monocitos: 9.6, eusinofilos: 2.4, basófilos: 1.7, grupo sanguíneo: Rh O positivo, pcr: negativo. | es_ES |
