| dc.description | The present case study that focuses on the control of income of the Puntoagro agro service of the Mocache Canton, its main activity is the retail and wholesale sale of fertilizers and chemical products for agricultural use, the objective of controlling the income that this had agro service during the pandemic stage, seeks to review the variations that the agro service point agro had during the period 2020 and 2021. Since due to the pandemic (COVID-19), which was the cause that triggered various factors that led to the great decrease in income within the commercial, all this occasionally material and monetary losses that caused it to be unable to meet various obligations in a timely manner. The methodology we used had a mixed approach as a source, showing the descriptive methodology and also the comparison with which it was possible to study and make the proper comparison of income in the periods to be studied. In addition, we were able to closely visualize the work that was carried out in the business through interviews with labor and administrative personnel, and direct observation of the financial statements from which the necessary information was obtained to carry out this case study. The results found were that, although the company had its due planning, where the sales, purchases, and other operations that were carried out in the first year were reflected, the unexpected happened: the pandemic, for which everything baked did not happen. and in the following year, despite the efforts to improve their income, things did not go as expected due to the ravages left by the pandemic. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso que se enfoca en el control de ingresos del agroservicio Puntoagro del Cantón Mocache, su actividad principal es la venta al por menor y mayor de abonos y productos químicos de uso agrícola, el objetivo de control de los ingresos que tuvo este agro servicio durante la etapa de pandemia, busca revisar las variaciones que tuvo el agro servicio punto agro durante el periodo 2020 y 2021. Puesto que debido a la pandemia (COVID-19) que fue la causa que desencadeno diversos factores que conllevaron de la gran disminución en los ingresos dentro del comercial, todo esto ocasiono perdidas materiales y monetarias que ocasionaron que el mismo no pueda hacer frente a diversas obligaciones a tiempos oportunos. La metodología que utilizamos tuvo como fuente un enfoque mixto, mostrando la metodología descriptiva y también la comparativa con la cual se pudo estudiar y realizar la comparación debida de los ingresos en los periodos a estudiar. Además, pudimos visualizar de cerca el trabajo que se realizar en el comerciar mediante entrevistas al personal laborable y administrativos, y la observación directa de los estados financieros de los cuales se obtuvo información necesaria para la realización de este estudio de caso. Los resultados encontrados fueron que, aunque la empresa tuvo su debida planificación, donde se reflejaba las ventas, las compras, y demás operaciones que debían realizarse en el primer año, sucedió lo inesperado: la pandemia, por lo cual todo lo panificado no se dio y en el siguiente año a pesar de los esfuerzos por mejorar sus ingresos las cosas no salieron como se esperaban debido a los estragos que dejo la pandemia. | es_ES |
