| dc.description | The present investigative work is focused mainly on the management of financial management by the prefecture of the rivers in the financial year 2020. To carry out the development, bibliographic sources of prominent authors were used, which provides us with help to detail the different concepts and functions related to variables such as financial management and liquidity, as well as the collection of information provided by the financial department of the Prefecture of Los Ríos in the fiscal year 2020, we were able to carry out the indicators based on real data from the cédulas of income and expenditure of the economic period 2020. The proposal is based on carrying out strategic foundations such as the mission, vision, institutional values and the structural organization chart, we carry out the financial indicators to know the financial situation of the prefecture of the rivers in the fiscal year 2020, with the analysis of the efficiency indicators ence and effectiveness of income and expenses budgeted for the financial year 2020 also to know its financial solvency in said period if the institution had the capacity to meet the established obligations. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo investigativo está enfocado de manera principal al manejo de la gestión financiera por parte de la prefectura de los ríos en el ejercicio económico 2020, Para realizar el desarrollo se acudió a fuentes bibliográficas de autores destacados, que nos sirvió de ayuda para detallar los diferentes conceptos y definiciones relacionado con las variables como son la gestión financiera y la liquidez, también la recolección de información proporcionada por el departamento financiero de la prefectura de los ríos en el ejercicio económico 2020 pudimos realizar los indicadores basados en datos reales de las cedulas de ingresos y gasto del periodo económico 2020 .La propuesta nos basamos en realizar fundamentos estratégicos como es la misión, visión, valores institucionales y el organigrama estructural, realizamos los indicadores financieros para conocer la situación financiera de la prefectura de los ríos en el ejercicio económico 2020, con el análisis de los indicadores de eficiencia y eficacia de ingresos y gastos presupuestados para el ejercicio económico 2020 también para conocer su solvencia financiera en dicho periodo si la institución tenía capacidad para hacer frente a las obligaciones establecidas. | es_ES |
