| dc.description | Commercial David began its commercial activities on November 29, 2012 with RUC number 1203745052001, under the name of Elinan Moreira Olga Janet located in the Province of Los Ríos, Montalvo canton. The problem in this case lies in the great lack of training and updating of knowledge regarding the issuance of electronic documents. The Commercial does not have knowledge of how to implement electronic invoicing correctly, they also do not know which are the certified entities for the issuance of electronic signatures in Ecuador, expressing great uncertainty in Commercial David, since the rules and ordinances of the SRI vary. The line of research will be through the subline of financial, tax and social commitment management, the objective is to carry out the implementation of electronic invoicing in this establishment, making known the steps to follow. The present case study "electronic invoicing system in the commercial David & David in the year 2021", which according to its modality corresponds to a development project, insofar as it intends to solve real problems through the evaluation of the project in matter of this, it was carried out under the qualitative methodology. The owner of the company expects good results and that these will be benefits for clients and collaborators to achieve their proposed objectives through the application of a complete agile and efficient process so that it does not generate complications for both parties in the future. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El Comercial David inició sus actividades comerciales el 29 de noviembre del 2012 con número de RUC 1203745052001, bajo la razón social de Elinan Moreira Olga Janet ubicado en la Provincia de Los Ríos cantón Montalvo. La situación problemática de este estudio de caso radica en la falta grande de capacitaciones y de actualizaciones de los conocimientos respecto a la emisión de documentos electrónicos. El Comercial no tiene conocimientos de cómo implementar la facturación electrónica de manera correcta, también desconocen cuáles son las entidades certificadas para la emisión de firmas electrónicas en el Ecuador manifestando una gran incertidumbre en el Comercial David, ya que las reglas y ordenanzas del SRI varían. La línea de investigación será a través de la sublínea de gestión financiera, tributaria y compromiso social, el objetivo es realizar la implementación de la facturación electrónica en el presente establecimiento, dando a conocer los pasos a seguir. El presente estudio de caso “sistema de facturación electrónica en el comercial David & David en el año 2021”, que según su modalidad corresponde a un proyecto de desarrollo, en la medida en que pretende resolver problemas reales a través de la evaluación del proyecto en cuestión de esto, se lo realizó bajo la metodología cualitativa. La dueña de la empresa espera buenos resultados y que estos sean beneficiosos para clientes y colaboradores para lograr sus objetivos propuestos a través de la aplicación de un proceso completo ágil y eficiente para que no genere complicaciones a ambas partes en el futuro. | es_ES |
