| dc.description | The present case study developed has allowed us to know in detail the problems faced by Desarrollo Agrícola C.A. due to the non-affiliation of a group of workers. Affiliation to social security is a duty that employers have with their collaborators from the first day of work, according to Article 32 of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, the state guarantees this right that supports good living. It refers in the development of this case study, that the company has a total of workers, whose jobs are from the executive, administrative and agricultural work staff. Of this totality, a number of collaborators among the aforementioned positions have a social security affiliation, and others do not, it should be noted that the company pays all its employees reserve funds, vacations, bonuses, overtime, thirteenth and fourteenth remuneration. The techniques applied in the development of this research are surveys and interviews, in this way the sources of information are primary, additional secondary sources of research are used, given this, the instrument used for the survey is the questionnaire and for the interview is the interview guide. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso desarrollado ha permitido conocer de forma detallada la problemática que afronta Desarrollo Agrícola C.A. debido a la no afiliación de un grupo de trabajadores. La afiliación al seguro social es un deber que tienen los patronos con sus colaboradores desde el primer día de trabajo, según el Art. 32 de la Constitución de la República del Ecuador, el estado garantiza este derecho que sustenta el buen vivir. Se refiere en el desarrollo de este estudio de caso, que, la empresa tiene un total de trabajadores, cuyos puestos de trabajos están desde el personal ejecutivo, administrativo y de labores agrícolas. De esta totalidad una cantidad colaboradores entre los cargos anteriormente mencionados cuentan con una afiliación al seguro social, y otros no, cabe recalcar que la compañía paga a todos sus empleados fondos de reserva, vacaciones, bonificaciones, horas extraordinarias, decimotercera y decimocuarta remuneración. Las técnicas aplicadas en el desarrollo de esta investigación son las encuestas y entrevistas, de esta forma las fuentes de información son primarias, adicional se emplea fuentes secundarias de investigación, ante esto, el instrumento a utilizado para la encuesta es el cuestionario y para la entrevista es la guía de entrevista. | es_ES |
