| dc.description | Choledocholithiasis is defined as the presence of stones or also called calculations that are found in the bile duct or pathway. Among the most common symptoms that can be evidenced is abdominal pain that can be similar to gallstones and sometimes patients can also have jaundice. Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography is one of the most used procedures for the treatment of choledocholithiasis. The main objective of this case study was to develop the nursing care process in a patient treated at the Specialty Hospital of the Armed Forces No. 1 with a diagnosis of choledocholithiasis. With the medical treatment and the appropriate nursing interventions, the patient was given quality care and warmth, satisfying her needs and achieving an effective recovery. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La coledocolitiasis se define como la presencia de litos o también llamados cálculos que se encuentran en la vía o conducto biliar. Entre los síntomas mas comunes que se pueden evidenciar se encuentra el dolor abdominal que puede ser similar al de litiasis biliar y en ocasiones los pacientes también pueden presentar ictericia. La colangiopancreatografía retrógrada endoscópica es uno de los procedimientos mas utilizados para el tratamiento de la coledocolitiasis. El objetivo principal de este estudio de caso fue desarrollar el proceso de atención de enfermería en una paciente atendida en el Hospital de Especialidades de Las Fuerzas Armadas Nº1 con diagnóstico de coledocolitiasis. Con el tratamiento médico y las intervenciones de enfermería adecuadas se le brindo a la paciente una atención de calidad y calidez, satisfaciendo sus necesidades y logrando una recuperación efectiva. | es_ES |
