| dc.description | The COVID-19 known as SARA.Cov-2 was first detected in Wohan until it became a global pandemic that affected the population in various areas. Vulnerable groups were identified, as well as risk factors, and they were made known, hoping that people would become aware and complying with biosafety measures. In the following clinical case we present the clinical history of a patient that corresponds to the vulnerable group such as the elderly with risk factors present such as; hypertension, heart problems for which the care plan is presented through the NIC taxonomy after the physical assessment according to the functional patterns, prior to the nursing diagnosis and the assessment through the NOC taxonomy. The patient arrives at the hospital with a clinical picture of cough, tiredness, malaise, high blood pressure, high heart rate, and oxygen saturation at 78% that through treatment and doctor's instructions and assessment, diagnosis and direct nursing care The patient was stabilized. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El COVID-19 conocido como SARA.Cov-2 se detectó primero en Wohan hasta llegar a ser pandemia mundial que afecto en diversos ámbitos a la población. Se identificaron los grupos vulnerables, así como también los factores de riesgo y los dieron a conocer esperando que la gente haga conciencia y acatando las medidas de bioseguridad. En el siguiente caso clínico presentamos la historia clínica de un paciente que corresponde al grupo de los vulnerables como lo es el adulto mayor con factores de riesgo presentes como son; hipertensión, problemas cardiacos por lo cual se hace presente el plan de cuidados mediante la taxonomía NIC después de la valoración física según los patrones funcionales, previo al diagnóstico enfermero y la valoración mediante la taxonomía NOC. El paciente llega al hospital con un cuadro clínico de tos, cansancio, malestar general, presión arterial elevada, frecuencia cardiaca elevada, y saturación de oxígeno en 78% que mediante el tratamiento e indicaciones del doctor y la valoración, diagnóstico y cuidados directos de enfermería se logró estabilizar al paciente. | es_ES |
