| dc.description | The work presented is about the elaboration of a clinical case of a young, female patient, with acute pancreatitis of biliary origin, which presents in its severe state, with deterioration of its general hemodynamic state. The main objective of this work is the application of the nursing care process, and the execution of interventions according to the established diagnoses. The work is developed based on the follow-up of the clinical history from which the information is extracted, in addition to the bibliographic review for the elaboration of the theoretical framework. The results obtained were: the nursing care process and the interventions that determine the severity of the clinical case are applied. This work seeks to be an important source of learning in relation to a pathology that occurs above all in critical areas of health. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo presentado se trata de la elaboración de un caso clínico de una paciente joven, femenina, con pancreatitis aguda de origen biliar, que se presenta en su estado severo, con deterioro de su estado hemodinámico general. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es la aplicación del proceso de atención de enfermería, y ejecución de intervenciones acorde a los diagnósticos establecidos. El trabajo se desarrolla en base al seguimiento de la historia clínica desde la cual se extrae la información, además de la revisión bibliográfica para la elaboración del marco teórico. Los resultados obtenidos fueron: se aplica el proceso de atención de enfermería y las intervenciones que determinan la gravedad del caso clínico; se establecen los diagnósticos de enfermería y se analizan los resultados obtenidos posterior a las intervenciones. Este trabajo busca ser fuente importante de aprendizaje en relación a una patología que se presenta sobre todo en áreas críticas de la salud. | es_ES |
