| dc.description | The present clinical case study is about a 5-year-old pediatric patient, with a history of infantile cerebral palsy, with a diagnosis of acute laryngo tracheitis, in which medical and nursing intervention is sought to solve it from the same hospital admission until discharge. The method used is the observation and exhaustive follow-up of the patient, taking into account their history, the semiological assessment, and complementary tests, in addition to the extensive review of the available bibliography to correlate with the patient's symptoms. The results obtained, which could be detected with certainty, were through the initial assessment; will be modified will refer the patient to the specific area to give treatment; the interventions carried out were adequate; the symptoms resolved and the patient was discharged without complications. This clinical case is of great help for our day to day life, since it describes in detail a real clinical case, with its outbreaks and expected results. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso clínico se trata de un paciente pediátrico de 5 años de edad, con antecedentes de parálisis cerebral infantil, con diagnostico de laringo traqueitis aguda, en el que se busca realizar la intervención médica y de enfermería para darle solución al mismo desde su ingreso hospitalario hasta su egreso. El método utilizado es el de observación y seguimiento exhaustivo del paciente, tomando en cuenta sus antecedentes, la valoración semiológica, y exámenes complementarios, además de la revisión amplia de la bibliografía disponible para correlacionar con los síntomas del paciente. Los resultados obtenidos fueron, que se pudo diagnosticar con certeza mediante la valoración inicial; se logró remitir al paciente al área específica para dar tratamiento; las intervenciones realizadas fueron la adecuadas; se resolvió la sintomatología y el paciente fue dado de alta sin complicaciones. Este caso clínico es de gran ayuda para nuestro día a día, ya que describe con detalle un caso clínico real, con sus intervenciones y resultados esperados. | es_ES |
