dc.description.abstractMarielisa Atelier es una empresa de alta costura y confección ubicada en la ciudad de Babahoyo, cuenta con un equipo de diseñadoras profesionales y una gran trayectoria que le ha permitido diferenciarse de la competencia, ofreciendo siempre a sus clientes productos exclusivos y de alta calidad. La fidelidad del cliente es una acción que se alcanza con la experiencia que cada uno de ellos vive mientras interactúa con la empresa, sus productos y servicios, y la satisfacción que se logre alcanzar en el cliente. Es de vital importancia que la empresa conozca lo que piensa el cliente en cuanto al producto adquirido, pues, si el cliente se siente satisfecho se fidelizará con la empresa. El presente trabajo investigativo se centra en realizar un estudio que permita identificar los aspectos que perciben los clientes y lograr su fidelización a la empresa, permitiendo a su vez que posicione como una empresa líder en la localidad y alcance sus objetivos propuestos.es_ES
