It applies the qualitative research methodology, because the extraction of data was allowed when considering the different statistical models, the pertinent methods in this study include the descriptive one that relates each of the facts around the study variables, applying the analytical method that interprets and orders the information obtained, the techniques and instruments are: the survey carried out through the questionnaire to a certain number of clients and the interview, and generated as a result that the company lacks an analysis that contributes to establishing marketing actions and objectives, that makes it impossible for it to achieve its corporate goals, the creation of new opportunities in the market has caused a notable reduction in its sales, putting its stability at risk, the lack of situational studies has not made it possible to identify the factors that affect its operations or may favor to its growth, due to the situation found, it was considered It is necessary to establish the marketing discipline for the company.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa ferretería Wanerge es una empresa que se dedica a la venta de artículos de ferretería, materiales de construcción,equipos agropecuarios, servicio de mantenimiento y reparación de bombas, la misma que permitió el desarrollo de esta investigación que tiene el objetivo analizar las estrategias de marketing que se desarrollan en la ferretería Wanerge en la ciudad de Vinces, bajo la línea de trabajo es la Gestión Financiera, Administrativa, Tributaria, Auditoría y Control y sublínea Empresas e Instituciones Públicas y privadas porque la ferretería es una empresa privada que se dedica a la comercialización de un stock de artículos ferreteros y para la agricultura. Aplica la metodología de investigación cualitativa, porque se permitió la extracción de datos al considerar los diferentes modelos estadísticos, los métodos pertinentes en este estudio comprenden el descriptivo que relata cada uno de los hechos entorno a la variables de estudio se aplicando el método analítico que interpreta y ordena la información obtenida, las técnicas e instrumentos son: la encuesta realizada a través del cuestionario a un determinado número de clientes y la entrevista, y generó como resultado que la empresa carece de un análisis que contribuya a establecer acciones de mercadeo y objetivos, que le imposibilita la consecución de sus metas corporativas, la creación de nuevas oportunidades en el mercado ha provocado una notable reducción de sus ventas poniendo en riesgo su estabilidad, la falta de estudios situacionales no ha permitido identificar los factores que afectan sus operaciones o puedan favorecer a su crecimiento, debido a la situación encontrada se consideró necesaria establecer la disciplina de marketing para la empresa.es_ES
