dc.descriptionThe hardware store Ferrecentro Jujan, has as objective to analyze the factors that affect the supply management, an analysis was made with respect to the supply process in the company, the project was elaborated identifying critical elements at the moment of making a purchase, the management of inventories, as well as suppliers, raw materials and market strategy. As a proposal, a new purchasing process was designed with the objective of improving the hardware store's negotiation conditions and positively impacting inventory management and associated costs. From the operational point of view, all the processes for the reception and storage of raw materials are standardized, as well as the administrative part, where the inventory control model to be implemented and its associated costs are defined. Analyzing the processes of the supply system and having made the respective proposals, the management indicators are created where the main processes to be controlled are determined, each with a specific objective, a goal and proposed actions in case of not being fulfilled. The financial evaluation is a cost-benefit analysis of the project implementation. It allows defining whether or not it is financially acceptable to have a new supply system in the hardware store or to maintain the current conditions.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa ferretería Ferrecentro Jujan, tiene como objetivo analizar los factores que afectan la gestión de abastecimiento, se efectúo un análisis con respecto al proceso de suministro en la empresa, se elaboró el proyecto identificando elementos críticos al momento de realizar una compra, el manejo de inventarios, así mismo de proveedores, materias primas y estrategia de mercado. Como propuesta se diseña un nuevo proceso de compras que tiene como objetivo mejorar las condiciones de negociación de la ferretería e impactar positivamente la administración de inventarios y los costos asociados. Desde el punto de vista operacional se estandarizan todos los procesos para la recepción y almacenamiento de materias primas y también el de la parte administrativa donde se define el modelo de control de inventario que se implementará y los costos asociados al mismo. Analizando los procesos del sistema de abastecimiento y haber hecho las propuestas respectivas, se crean los indicadores de gestión dónde se determinan los principales procesos que deben ser controlados, cada uno con un objetivo específico, una meta y acciones propuestas en caso de no ser cumplida. Se encontró en la evaluación financiera que es un análisis costo-beneficio de la implementación del proyecto. Permitiendo definir si es o no financieramente aceptable tener un nuevo sistema de abastecimiento en la ferretería o mantener las condiciones actuales.es_ES
