| dc.description | The quality of work life has been positioned as a conclusive module in the instant of measuring the satisfaction and the aptitude of the collaborator's help in his work area. The current study shows a detailed analysis that will help us to know the knowledge of the quality of life of the collaborators of the company Resgasa All Natural of the city of Babahoyo. The results projected by the analysis show a favorable qualification in terms of the result delivered in this company, while the intrinsic quality stands out in the highest qualifications according to the knowledge of the respondents. While it is true that this gives us an analysis of how the employees think about their quality of work life, the results are not conclusive, but rather are an event to improve and for the representatives of the organization to have greater possibilities to feel better in the work they do every day. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La calidad de vida laboral se vino posicionando como un módulo concluyente en el instante de medir la satisfacción y la aptitud de la ayuda del colaborador en su área de trabajo. El actual estudio muestra un análisis minucioso que nos ayudará a conocer el conocimiento de la calidad de vida de los colaboradores de la empresa Resgasa All Natural de la ciudad de Babahoyo. Los resultados que proyecta el análisis, muestran con una calificación propicia en cuanto al resultado entregado en dicha empresa mientras tanto que la calidad intrínseca destaca en las calificaciones más altas conforme con el conocimiento de sus encuestados. Si bien es cierto esto nos da un análisis de como los colaboradores opinan su calidad de vida laboral, los resultados no son concluyentes, sino más bien son un suceso para perfeccionar y para que los representantes de la organización tengan principales posibilidades de sentirse mejor en los trabajos que hacen cotidianamente. | es_ES |
