This present investigation revealed the difficulties or limitations that arise in inventory management in the entity through which it was given under parameters or techniques to collect the necessary information and develop this case study. According to the information obtained during the case study, a result was obtained through the problems related to the case, which are: Lack of an adequate method to carry an inventory control system, shortcomings in the rotation of products, lack of advertising and marketing strategies, among others. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio de caso se realizó en la empresa Ferimporsa S.A ubicada en la Av. 25 de junio (By Pass) y calle H, dirigida por el Eco. José Alfredo Colombatti Pinto , esta es una empresa dedicada a las ventas al por mayor de artículos de ferreterías como: cerraduras martillos, sierras, destornilladores; entre otras. Está presente investigación se dio a conocer las dificultades o limitaciones que se presenta en la gestión de inventario en la entidad mediante el cual se dio bajo parámetros o técnicas para recopilar la información necesaria y desarrollar este caso de estudio. De acuerdo a la información realizada durante el caso de estudio se obtuvieron resultados mediante las problemáticas relacionadas con el caso, las mismas que son: Falta de un método adecuado para llevar un sistema de control de inventario, falencias en la rotación de productos, falta de estrategias de publicidad y marketing, entre otros. | es_ES |
