For information of the current administration of the processes that are executed and to define the shortcomings and pretend to verify if their concepts are properly applied, which allows them to manage efficiently and productively, for this reason in the company surveys and interviews were carried out with the staff that works in the organization, whose results were, to develop the payroll processes and functions that are directed to the administrative area of the company, in reference to its inefficient management of personnel hiring, salary payments and liquidations since there is the absence of a manual of procedures and controls in the form of work of the employees who work in it and that puts the production at risk company productivity. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Futurcorp S.A es una empresa ecuatoriana establecida el 16 de marzo de 1992 ubicada en el cantón Puebloviejo de la provincia de Los Ríos, que está dedicada a la producción y comercialización de puré, flakes y polvo, usando como producto principal el banano, Para obtener información de la administración actual de los procesos que se ejecutan y para definir las falencias y pretender constatar si se aplica adecuadamente sus conceptos, que les permita administrar de manera eficiente y productiva, por tal razón en la empresa se realizaron encuestas y entrevistas al personal que labora en la organización, cuyos resultados fueron, el desarrollar los procesos de nómina y funciones que sea dirigida al área administrativa de la empresa, en referencia a su manejo ineficiente de contrataciones de personal, pagos de sueldos y liquidaciones ya que existe la ausencia de un manual de procedimientos y controles en la forma de trabajo de los empleados que laboran en la misma y que pone en riesgo la productividad de la empresa. | es_ES |
