The type of research to which this dissertation is related is qualitative and quantitative, on the other hand, the descriptive method evaluates the quality of the company together with the satisfaction it has with each of the clients, through a small analysis of what was observed. in the company, while the collection of information through research techniques such as interviews and surveys that were used to the boss and the clients of the organization that resulted in the quality of the internet service offered by the company has shortcomings When covering this need for service within the client's home, it often suffers from a lack of connection to the server, it does not develop sufficient methods to supply each of its clients and covering the demands that they request, in addition, at the time of installation, the company makes the high charges preventing new customers from acquiring the service.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste estudio se realizó en la empresa Quinche TV es una entidad privada que surgió en enero del 2017, está situada al este de la ciudad de Quito en la parroquia Quinche de las calles Cayambe y Panamericana E35 frente al mercado parroquial, con el objetivo de analizar la condición actual del servicio de calidad de internet dentro empresa Quinche TV, con la contribución de la línea Gestión Financiera, Administrativa, Tributaria, Auditoría y Control, de la carrera Ingeniería Comercial en el cual tiene relación con la sublínea de investigación Marketing y comercialización, referente a la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo. El tipo de investigación a la que se relaciona esta disertación es cualitativo y cuantitativo, por otra parte, el método descriptivo, evalúa la calidad de la empresa junto con la satisfacción que tiene con cada uno de los clientes, mediante un pequeño análisis de lo observado en la empresa, mientras que, la recolección de información por medio de técnicas de investigación como la entrevista y encuestas que fueron empleadas al jefe y a los clientes de la organización que dieron como resultado que la calidad al servicio de internet que ofrece la empresa tiene falencias al cubrir esta necesidad de servicio dentro del hogar del cliente, a menudo sufre de falta conexión en el servidor, no desarrolla suficientes métodos para abastecer a cada uno de sus clientes y cubriendo las exigencias que soliciten, además al momento de realizar la instalación la empresa realiza los cobros altos impidiendo que los nuevos clientes no adquieran el servicio.es_ES
