| dc.description | This case study was developed with the purpose of helping to identify the shortcomings of the different areas of the "Funduna" foundation of the city of Babahoyo, since administrative management is of the utmost importance to carry out institutional processes in an organized manner. This will help to favorably execute all the activities of the institution in a productive and efficient manner. In addition, this will allow a continuous improvement for the foundation and will allow generating competence in its officials, thus exploiting the capacities of the professionals who provide their services. in the aforementioned foundation. | dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se desarrolló con el propósito de ayudar a identificar las falencias de las diferentes áreas de la fundación “Funduna” de la ciudad de Babahoyo ya que la gestión administrativa es de suma importancia para llevar a cabo los procesos institucionales de una manera organizada, esto ayudará a que se ejecuten de manera favorable todas las actividades de la institución de una manera productiva y eficiente, además esto permitirá una mejora continua para la fundación y a su vez generará competencia en sus funcionarios, explotando así las capacidades de los profesionales que prestan sus servicios en la fundación antes mencionada. Para llevar a cabo este proyecto investigativo se utilizó como técnica de levantamiento de información la encuesta a los empleados y entrevista a los funcionarios del área administrativa mediante preguntas claves, esto ayudó a una mejor visualización de la situación actual de la organización y determinar los problemas latentes y proponer soluciones que mejoraran considerablemente el desarrollo de la institución mediante la gestión administrativa. | es_ES |
