dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio se basa en el análisis de aquellos factores que afecta la satisfacción de los clientes en la fábrica de ropa Moontime EC del Cantón Daule, ya que estos factores han provocado problemas en la empresa con respecto a diferentes actividades que no son realizadas adecuadamente y las cuales están afectando a los clientes. Dicha empresa se dedica a la fabricación y comercialización de productos textiles relacionados con la confección de ropa para damas al por mayor y menor a nivel nacional. La investigación se realizó mediante la metodología descriptiva, apoyado con las técnicas de recolección de información como la entrevista y la encuesta y gracias a sus resultados permitieron comprender las problemáticas y establecer conclusiones precisas en la investigación.es_ES
