| dc.description | Transportation and supply logistics is a relevant process in the commercial management of companies that buy and sell products, because it influences the development of operational activities and the satisfaction of the needs of the consumer market. Therefore, the supply chain allows the fulfillment of commercial objectives; for this reason, the objective of this case study is based on analyzing the supply and transportation logistics of the company Aerovic C.L. to establish the main causes and consequences that generate supply problems in the organization. The methodology is composed of the application of the empirical method, since the main research findings are analyzed through the experiences and information obtained in the research process, the types of field and documentary research were also applied, while the technique used was the interview, which allowed obtaining relevant information regarding the transportation logistics of the company studied. The results of the study revealed that in the company Aerovic C.L. there are problems related to the lack of inventory of agrochemical products necessary for the aerial fumigation of banana plantations, which has caused discomfort and dissatisfaction of the consumer market due to the lack of timely attention to the needs of customers. Also, internal weaknesses were determined with respect to the transportation logistics that make it impossible for the products or inputs to be promptly in the warehouses of the operation centers of the company analyzed. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La logística de transportación y abastecimiento es un proceso relevante en la gestión comercial de las empresas de compra y venta de productos, porque influyen en el desarrollo de las actividades operativas y en la satisfacción de las necesidades que posee el mercado consumidor. Por lo tanto, la cadena de suministro permite el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales; motivo por el cual, el objetivo del presente caso de estudio se basa en analizar la logística de abastecimiento y transporte de la empresa Aerovic C.L para establecer las principales causas y consecuencias que generan los problemas de suministro en la organización. La metodología se compone de la aplicación del método empírico, puesto que se analizan los principales hallazgos de investigación mediante las experiencias e información que se obtenga en el proceso investigativo, también se aplicaron los tipos de investigación de campo y documental, mientras que la técnica empleada fue la entrevista, la cual permitió obtener información relevante con respecto a la logística de transportación de la empresa estudiada. Los resultados del estudio revelaron que en la empresa Aerovic C.L existen problemas relacionado a la falta de inventario de productos agroquímicos necesarios para la aerofumigación de plantaciones de banano, lo que ha provocado molestias e inconformidades del mercado consumidor por la atención poca oportuna ante las necesidades de los clientes, También se determinó debilidades internas con respecto a la logística de transportación que imposibilita que los productos o insumos se encuentren con prontitud en las bodegas de los centros de operaciones de la empresa analizada. | es_ES |
