| dc.description | The management audit is responsible for evaluating the structure of the organization through control methods, operational methods and use of human and material resources of the organization. The Compañía Agrícola Bananera “Isabel María” is an organization specialized in the production and export of bananas at an international level. He owns three companies that produce high-quality bananas, each of which has about 50 hectares, Founded in May 1985, the problem that arises today, the administration of the administrative region is not good, which revealed many abnormalities like; Low production efficiency, poor field application and as a result, the talent department does not enforce the rights of the collaborators, the work documents are incomplete and the work environment is unstable. Within the company, there is a great need for honest, accurate and timely information that compels all employees and managers in various fields to direct efforts to achieve the stated goals and mission. That is why it is important to carry out a periodic management audit that details the current conditions, using said audit, the opportunities and weaknesses of the company. The importance of this type of audit includes the review of administrative and accounting processes to reveal deficiencies that allow corrective actions to be taken, which is beneficial for the sustainability of the business. Qualitative and quantitative research techniques, tools to interview managers and survey key company employees, review of company documents, and the COSO methodology were used to measure the company's internal risk management system and controls. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La auditoría de gestión se encarga de evaluar la estructura de la organización a través de métodos de control, métodos operativos y uso de los recursos humanos y materiales de la organización. La Compañía Agrícola Bananera “Isabel María” es una organización especializada en la producción y exportación de banano a nivel internacional. Es dueño de tres empresas que producen banano de alta calidad, cada una de las cuales tiene alrededor de 50 hectáreas , Fundada en mayo del 1985, el problema que se presenta en la actualidad, la administración de la región administrativa no es buena, lo que reveló muchas anomalías como; Baja eficiencia de producción, mala aplicación de campo y como resultado, el departamento de talento no hace cumplir los derechos de los colaboradores, los documentos de trabajo están incompletos y el ambiente de trabajo es inestable. Dentro de la empresa, existe una gran necesidad de información honesta, precisa y oportuna que obliga a todos los empleados y gerentes en diversos campos a dirigir los esfuerzos para lograr las metas y la misión establecidas. Por eso es importante realizar una auditoría de gestión periódica que detalle las condiciones actuales, utilizando dicha auditoría, las oportunidades y debilidades de la empresa. La importancia de este tipo de auditoría incluye la revisión de los procesos administrativos y contables para revelar deficiencias que permitan tomar acciones correctivas, lo cual es beneficioso para la sostenibilidad del negocio. Se utilizaron técnicas de investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa, herramientas para entrevistar a gerentes y encuestar a empleados clave de la empresa, revisión de documentos de la empresa y la metodología COSO para medir el sistema y controles internos de gestión de riesgos de la empresa. | es_ES |
