dc.description.abstractLa Gestión de Ventas es indispensable para que toda empresa comercial logre una buena rentabilidad, este proceso involucra todo el personal de trabajo que está implicado en la venta de las mercancías, se debe controlar, motivar, capacitar, entre otras actividades para poder generar eficiencia en los procesos, es por ello que el objetivo de este caso de estudio fue analizar la gestión de ventas e identificar todas aquellas problemáticas que aquejan a la empresa Mega Fiesta de la ciudad de Babahoyo. Utilizando como instrumentos de recolección de información, una entrevista dirigida a la propietaria, con el fin de obtener información de fuentes confiables, así mismo, una encuesta dirigida a los colaboradores de la misma, con el desarrollo de la perspectiva bibliográfica que está basada en documentación académica. De acuerdo con el análisis realizado se concluye que no se aplican los procesos de gestión de ventas correctamente, lo que ha ocasionado que no haya un buen funcionamiento en la misma perjudicando a la rentabilidad, la imagen publicitaria de los servicios empresariales a los clientes es limitada lo que ha repercutido en los clientes un desconocimiento de la existencia de la empresa.es_ES
