| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio trato sobre la gestión presupuestaria en la papelería e imprenta el copión de la ciudad de Babahoyo, donde el objetivo es conocer la gestión presupuestaria del emprendimiento, lo cual nos permitió ver los inconvenientes que se presenta día a día, desde la perdida de materiales que tuvo en el tiempo de confinamiento por la pandemia del COVID–19 hasta la compra de productos de poca venta, para así poder dar alternativas de mejoras en su presupuesto para que pueda recuperar las ventas, mejorar la atención al cliente y poder tener un manejo de inventario eficiente. Para la respectiva investigación se realizaron varios métodos como lo que es la observación directa y la entrevista al dueño del establecimiento donde se pudo concluir que mucho de los inconvenientes que presenta la empresa es por la falta de inventario y el manejo del presupuesto de manera incorrecta en la desesperación de poder recuperar ventas y el local no quiebre, por lo que no se dio cuenta de las perdidas que estaba ocasionando generando despidos de personal y reducción de sueldos. | es_ES |
