dc.descriptionThe research is developed by the need to strengthen teaching-learning strategies, where innovative didactic resources play a predominant role because they are tools that promote basic, disciplinary, pedagogical and didactic skills, conducive to promoting school learning towards integral development and diverse of students at different levels and contexts of life. The research takes place in the Educational District 12D05 belonging to the province of Los Ríos, and in its study population, teachers of basic higher education in rural areas are considered. The study is qualitative-quantitative, not experimental, and due to its temporality, it is retro-prospective. The research results showed several factors that affect the effectiveness of the teaching strategies implemented by teachers, such as the excessive use of standardized instruments in pedagogical practices, presents, the deficit of pedagogical innovation in the didactic design, the virtual learning environments, the little interaction between teachers, which does not allow them to have a good motivation in their pedagogical practices, the lack of a positive attitude on the part of the teachers when using the teaching strategies . In the same way, an intrinsic relationship between innovative teaching resources and teaching strategies implemented by teachers of the institutions of Higher Basic Education of District 12D05 Palenque - Vinces is evidenced.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa investigación se desarrolla por la necesidad de fortalecer las estrategias de enseñanza aprendizaje, donde los recursos didácticos innovadores juegan un papel predominante debido a que son herramientas que promueven competencias básicas, disciplinares, pedagógicas y didácticas, propicias para fomentar los aprendizajes escolares hacia el desarrollo integral y diverso de los estudiantes en los diferentes niveles y contextos de vida. La investigación tiene lugar en el Distrito Educativo 12D05 perteneciente a la provincia de Los Ríos, y en su población de estudio, se considera a los docentes de educación básica superior del área rural. El estudio es de carácter cuali-cuantitativa, no experimental y por su temporalidad, es retro prospectiva. Los resultados de la investigación, evidenciaron varios factores que afectan la efectividad de las estrategias de enseñanza implementadas por los docentes, como el uso excesivo de instrumentos estandarizados en las prácticas pedagógicas, el déficit de innovación pedagógica en el diseño didáctico, los ambientes virtuales de aprendizaje, la poca interacción entre docentes, que no permite tener una buena motivación en sus prácticas pedagógicas, la falta de actitud positiva por parte de los docentes al emplear las estrategias de enseñanza. De igual forma se evidencia una relación intrínseca existente entre los recursos didácticos innovadores y las estrategias de enseñanzas implementadas por los docentes de las instituciones de Educación Básica Superior del Distrito 12D05 Palenque – Vinces.es_ES
