dc.descriptionThe cultural and communicational study for virtual collaborative learning is the subject of study of this research, in order to make a deeper analysis for which research studies such as field, bibliographic studies were used to theoretically shape the project, as well as methods such as inductive, deductive, analytical to collect information to later analyze it and achieve results that lead us to the answers sought. A questionnaire was made consisting of ten questions, the same ones that were directed to the students of the first semester of the communication career, to inquire about the knowledge acquired in their academic studies, their levels of satisfaction with the teachers, in addition to the use of technology as a means of learning, due to the urgent need to support ourselves in this tool that is fundamental today, and in this way identify its shortcomings and its advantages in order to reach precise conclusions and be able to meet the objectives of this project .es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl estudio cultural y comunicacional para el aprendizaje colaborativo virtual es el tema de estudio de esta investigación, con la finalidad de hacer un análisis más profundo para lo cual se utilizaron estudios investigativos como el de campo, bibliográfico para plasmar teóricamente el proyecto, así también métodos como el inductivo, deductivo, analítico para recopilar información para posteriormente analizarla y conseguir resultados que nos lleven a las repuestas buscadas. Se realizó un cuestionario constituido por diez preguntas, las mismas que estaban dirigidas a los estudiantes del primer semestre de la carrera de comunicación, para indagar acerca de los conocimientos adquiridos en sus estudios académicos, sus niveles de satisfacción con los docentes, además del uso de la tecnología como medio de aprendizaje, debido a la imperiosa necesidad de apoyarnos en esta herramienta que es fundamental hoy en día, y de esta manera identificar sus falencias y sus ventajas para así llegar a conclusiones precisas y poder cumplir con los objetivos de este proyecto.es_ES
