dc.descriptionThe main objective of the study is to analyze in detail the administrative management of the Fluminense Urban Transport Cooperative, to detect the existing shortcomings, during the transition process of the current directive, together with a series of factors such as the satisfaction of the members with the new changes, in order to obtain key information that allows evidence of everything exposed in the present investigation, such as the economic problems that have existed for several years, the shortage of personnel for the proper functioning of the organization. The Fluminense Transport Cooperative presents a rather deficient administrative management, which prevents it from advancing in the correct functioning of its activities in the city of Babahoyo, together with the shortcomings on the part of the highest authority in the company of one or another partner who fails to comply with the internal policies, indicates that there is no general commitment on the part of everyone in the entity, causing serious problems that could seriously jeopardize the organization's permanence in the market. Most mention that within the institution there is very low satisfaction, due to a series of controversies towards the directive and administrative part of this period, due to the irregularities of those in charge of socializing and managing payments for compulsory activities, it is For this reason, negative comments are generated that provide an image lacking in good labor practices within the organization.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl objetivo principal estudio, es analizar detalladamente la gestión administrativa de la Cooperativa de Transporte Urbano Fluminense, para detectar las falencias existentes, durante el proceso de transición de la directiva actual, junto con una serie de factores como la satisfacción de los socios ante los nuevos cambios, con la finalidad de obtener información clave que permita evidenciar todo lo expuesto en la presente investigación, como los problemas económicos que han existido durante varios años, la escasez en personal para el correcto funcionamiento de la organización. La Cooperativa de Transporte Fluminense presenta una gestión administrativa bastante deficiente, que le impide avanzar en el funcionamiento correcto de sus actividades en la ciudad de Babahoyo, junto con las falencias por parte de la autoridad máxima en compañía de uno que otro socio que incumplen con las políticas internas, indica que no existe un compromiso general por parte de todos en la entidad, ocasionando serios problemas que podrían poner en grave peligro la permanencia de la organización en el mercado. La mayoría menciona que dentro de la institución existe una satisfacción muy baja, debido a una serie de controversias hacia la parte directiva y administrativa de este periodo, por las irregularidades de quienes están a cargo de socializar y gestionar los pagos para las actividades obligatorias, es por esto que se generan comentarios negativos que proporción una imagen carente de buenas prácticas laborales dentro de la organización.es_ES
