| dc.description | Streaming is a fundamental tool for the communication process, because just by having access to the internet, you as a user can receive virtual classes, work, entertain yourself, among others. This research was carried out due to the lack of knowledge that exists in the Babahoyo population about this topic. In addition, to determine the management that is given to the streaming platforms in the young people of Babahoyo, applying the qualitative methodology, which made it possible to collect the necessary information, with the help of bibliographic research and with the support of the techniques of collecting data. data such as: the survey and the interview. According to the data obtained, the streaming platform most used by those surveyed is Facebook with 28%, followed by YouTube with 26% and third place Instagram with 23%. In addition to the fact that most of the participants believe that you can get to live off the stream. Applying the techniques, it was observed in the results that a part of the citizens of the Babahoyo canton have empirical knowledge about streaming, although it was possible to demonstrate that a part of the inhabitants frequently use the different platforms. | dc.description.abstract | El streaming es una herramienta fundamental para el proceso de comunicación, debido a que con solo tener acceso a internet usted como usuario puede recibir clases virtuales, trabajar, entretenerse entre otro. Esta investigación se realizó debido a la falta de conocimiento que existe en la población de Babahoyo acerca del tema. Además, de determinar el manejo que se les da a las plataformas streaming en los jóvenes de Babahoyo, se aplicó la metodología cualitativa, la cual posibilito la recopilación de información necesarias, con ayuda de la investigación bibliográfica y con el apoyo de las técnicas de recolección de datos como son: la encuesta y la entrevista. Según los datos obtenidos la plataforma de streaming mas utilizadas por los encuestado es Facebook con un 28%, seguido de YouTube con el 26% y el tercer lugar Instagram con un 23%. Además de que la mayoría de los participantes creen que se pueda llegar a vivir del stream. Aplicadas las técnicas se observó en los resultados que una parte de los ciudadanos del cantón Babahoyo tienen conocimientos empíricos acerca del streaming, aunque se logró demostrar que una parte de los habitantes utilizan frecuentemente las distintas plataformas online. Por otra parte, se realizó la entrevista al licenciado Jipson Carriel, la cual permitió analizar sus conocimientos acerca del tema. | es_ES |
