| dc.description | The present case study was carried out in the GADM of the Vinces Canton, in order to analyze the control of the Property, Plant and Equipment, this is an institution of the public sector therefore it is subject to the accounting treatment that governs the Comptroller General of the State. The Audit and Control research line was used, this allowed to analyze the control carried out by the GAD in its fixed assets in the period between January 1 to December 31, 2019 and 2020. We worked with the descriptive methodology to know what was the problem that the institution has, in terms of the control of the Property, Plant and Equipment and the technique used in this study was the interview with the employees of the GAD. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se lo realizó en el GADM del Cantón Vinces, con el fin de analizar el control de la Propiedad, Planta y Equipo, está es una institución del sector público por lo consiguiente se somete al tratamiento contable que rige la Contraloría General del Estado. Se utilizó la línea de investigación Auditoría y Control, esto permitió analizar el control que lleva el GAD en sus activos fijos en el periodo comprendido entre el 1 de enero al 31 de diciembre del año 2019 y 2020. Se trabajo con la metodología descriptiva para conocer cual era la problemática que tiene la institución, en cuanto a el control de la Propiedad, Planta y Equipo y la técnica usada en este estudio fue la entrevista a los empleados del GAD. | es_ES |
