| dc.description | In this Case Study it is about the Accounting and Tax Management of the Commercial "EL AGUA", in which it has been elaborated in order to be able to contribute with practical knowledge that helps guide an idea in a global way, forging a tool effectively and efficiently with respect to the accounting area, which has been prepared based on the needs and information that this property has provided for its development. Subsequently, a diagnosis was made through an interview with the owner of the property, it was considered to carry out this case study using methods such as inductive, explorative and analytical to make direct observations to the business which allowed access to the Annexes that they make their Tax Declarations to the SRI, which allowed us to know their strengths, threats, weaknesses and opportunities that it presents in its accounting structure and what its tax failures have been. It is concluded that the Commercial needs to take the necessary measures to keep its records correctly that improve with respect to the accounting part in order to obtain greater benefits and comply with its obligations before the regulatory entities on time. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En el presente Caso de Estudio se trata acerca de la Gestión Contable y Tributaria del Comercial “EL AGUA”, en la cual se ha elaborado con la finalidad de poder contribuir con conocimientos prácticos que ayude a orientar una idea de forma global, forjando una herramienta de manera eficaz y eficiente con respecto al área contable, el cual ha sido elaborado basado en función de las necesidades e información que esta propiedad ha facilitado para su desarrollo. Posteriormente, se realizó un diagnóstico por medio de una entrevista al dueño de la propiedad, se consideró realizar este caso de estudio utilizando los métodos como son los inductivo, explorativos y analíticos para realizar observaciones directas al negocio lo cual permitieron acceder a los anexos que realizan sus declaraciones tributarias al SRI, lo que permitió conocer sus fortalezas, amenazas, debilidades y oportunidades que presenta en su estructura contable y cuales hayan sido sus falencias tributarias. Se concluye que el comercial necesita tomar medidas necesarias para llevar sus registros correctamente que mejoren con respecto a la parte contable con el fin de obtener mayores beneficios y cumplir a tiempo con sus obligaciones ante las entidades reguladoras. | es_ES |
