| dc.description | The title of this case study is "Analysis and Incidence of the Profitability of the Financial Income of the Company" Corporación Macofi y Asesores C.L "of the City of Quito, Province of Pichincha for the period 2019-2020". It begins with the identification of this company making those financial projections taking into account the incidence with the profitability that can be obtained in this situation. The focus of this research work is to determine the methodological part that explains the type of research, as well as the methods of analysis and description; techniques for the collection and comprehensive acquisition of information. All the aforementioned are related to the collection, processing and analysis of data in order to determine the importance of the investigation for the internal financial decision-making of the company. Since it is important to have financial indicators of commercial activities, documented information from different authors was contacted to prepare the data collection in the company. This type of information demonstrates that economic profitability has indeed oscillated and increased in a few years, and in 2020 after the global Covid-19 pandemic, it decreased by 11.79% due to various factors. Financial analysis is a key management and analysis tool to determine the current financial situation in all business activities. It can be used to manage available financial resources and help predict the future of the business. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El título de este estudio de caso es “Análisis e Incidencia de la Rentabilidad de los Ingresos Financieros de la Empresa “Corporación Macofi y Asesores C.L” de la Ciudad de Quito, Provincia de Pichincha del periodo 2019-2020” Inicia con la identificación de esta empresa efectuando aquellas proyecciones financieras teniendo en cuenta la incidencia con la rentabilidad que se puede obtener ante esta situación. El enfoque de este trabajo de investigación es determinar la parte metodológica que explica el tipo de investigación, así como los métodos de análisis y descripción; técnicas de recolección y adquisición integral de información. Todos los mencionados están relacionados con la recolección, procesamiento y análisis de datos con el fin de determinar la importancia de la investigación para la toma de decisiones financieras internas de la empresa. Dado que es importante contar con indicadores financieros de las actividades comerciales, se contactó con información documentada de diferentes autores para preparar la recolección de datos en la empresa. Este tipo de información demuestra sobre la rentabilidad económica ha oscilado y aumentado efectivamente en unos pocos años, y en 2020 después de la pandemia global Covid-19, disminuyó en un 11,79% debido a varios factores. El análisis financiero es una herramienta clave de gestión y análisis para determinar la situación financiera actual en todas las actividades comerciales.
