| dc.description.abstract | La empresa Megagro ubicada en la parroquia Mata de Cacao, Provincia de los Ríos, la cual colabora con Pronaca y ofrece distintos productos que ayudan a mejorar el proceso agrónomo, como el cuidado de ganado, nutrición, mejora de los sembríos y fertilizantes, así como la venta de maquinarias que ayudan a que la agronomía sea más efectiva y sencilla, es una de las que mayor crecimiento estratégico ha tenido dentro de la provincia de Los Ríos, teniendo alianzas que han sido de gran ayuda para la misma, como el caso de tener un soporte de parte de PRONACA, es lo que ha logrado su enorme éxito dentro de la provincia, al punto de poder expandirse, a otras provincias más aplicando la misma estrategia de aliarse con otras distribuidoras que le facilitan su alcance ante la demanda del público, partes de la sierra y costa son llevadas por la red de esta empresa. Aunque a nivel de resultados se ve una enorme eficiencia de la empresa en cuanto a su operatividad y toma de decisiones, también es necesario el saber tomar decisiones financieras, con el fin de que no se tengan deudas o errores de cálculo que puedan perjudicar de gran manera a esta empresa y todas las personas involucradas con esta, sean clientes o empleados, puesto que ambos son el motor de toda organización.
