| dc.description.abstract | El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado (GAD) San José del Tambo, es una institución de carácter público, con autonomía administrativa y financiera encaminada a gestionar el desarrollo sostenible y sustentable de sus comunidades, por medio de sus planes y proyectos asentados en el presupuesto anual, el objetivo del presente trabajo es que los ciudadanos conozcan el destino final de los recursos económicos asignados por el Gobierno Central, mediante la aplicación del análisis e implantación de herramientas y técnica utilizadas se procederá a identificar si el (GAD) cuenta con controles presupuestarios, además se establecerá el nivel de eficaz y eficiente del presupuesto asignado inicialmente para la ejecución de los programas presupuestados.
