| dc.description | The present investigation was carried out in the company Puerfrancorell SA, of the city of Coca, dedicated to the transport of cargo by road, including in vans of: logs, livestock, refrigerated transport, heavy cargo, bulk cargo, including transport in tanker trucks, cars, rubbish and scrap materials, no collection or disposal. The applied methodology was carried out by the qualitative and quantitative approach that will allow us to collect historical information and then describe and analyze them, accompanied by the type of descriptive research. For this reason, interview techniques aimed at company workers on some specific situations were used. The results were that the company does not have an adequate department and personnel that can carry out financial analysis in order that the resources that are available can be used in a good way and in turn serve as support for decision-making. In addition, the organization does not have financial management of any kind since it does not have software that allows it to organize the information regarding the transactions that are later recorded in the states. On the side of the analysis, it was discovered that there are no expenses for maintenance of finances and there are high administrative expenses | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se realizó en la empresa Puerfrancorell S.A., de la ciudad de Coca, dedicada al transporte de carga por carretera, incluido en camionetas de: troncos, ganado, transporte refrigerado, carga pesada, carga a granel, incluido el transporte en camiones cisterna, automóviles, desperdicios y materiales de desecho, sin recogida ni eliminación. La metodología aplicada se realizó por el enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo que nos permitirá recabar información históricos para luego describirlos y analizarlos, acompañada del tipo de investigación descriptiva. Por tal motivo, se utilizó las técnicas de entrevista dirigidas a los trabajadores de la empresa sobre algunas situaciones específicas. Los resultados fueron la empresa no cuenta con un departamento y personal adecuado que pueda realizar análisis financieros con el fin de que los recursos que se tienen poder utilizarlos de buena manera y a su vez que este sirva como sustento para la toma de decisiones. Además, la organización no tiene un manejo financiero de ningún tipo ya que no cuenta con un software que le permita organizar la información en cuanto a las transacciones que luego se registran en los estados.
